Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, Eurocard and Debit Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Postage & Packaging costs are based on the total weight of goods ordered. If you have any questions regarding delivery options or charges please do not hesitate to contact us. The weight of your order will automatically be worked out as you add items to your basket, a drop down list of delivery charges based on the total weight of your order will be made available at the checkout. We aim to keep our postage & packaging charges as low as is possible, the prices quoted include a small amount to cover packaging, collection costs and other charges.

Goods with a value of over £25 can not be sent by first or second class post regardless of weight.
Goods with a value of over £35 can not be sent by first or second or recorded delivery regardless of weight. If a class of postage that is unsuitable for the goods value is selected then we will automatically send the goods by the cheapest suitable option and charge accordingly.

Orders placed online with a value of over £100 excluding VAT are shipped for free within mainland England and Wales.

All FEDEX prices quoted are for mainland England & Wales only. For other areas contact us for a quote.

Royal mail do not guarantee these delivery times, for guaranteed times please use special delivery.
This service is signed for upon delivery and is therefore insured for up to £35.

Special Delivery:
Is a royal mail service with guaranteed delivery by 1.00pm next day.
The guarantee applies to working days only, orders posted on a Friday are therefore guaranteed for the Monday.
This option is tracked and signed for. Goods sent this way are covered for a value of up to £500, higher value upgrades are available.

ANC:
ANC prices are based on the next day service to mainland England, Wales, Edinburgh and Glasgow only. For prices outside these areas please contact for a quote.

Delivery Schedule We will normally dispatch your order within 1 business days .
International orders are generally received in under 7 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we do not currently operate a back order system.
We will advise that an item is out of stock and you may re-order a week or so later.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Credit Card Security When an order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted on our secure server using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.

Returns Policy Due to hygiene reasons body jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.

All other products of a non piercing nature can be returned within 7 days for what ever reason.
We will refund any returned item upon safe reciept of the goods, we do not however refund any
postage costs incured sending the item in the first place. Any item returned must be done so at your
own expense. It is your decision how you return an item but we recommend insured post for items of
value. Please contact us before returning so we know what to expect.
